Siya is the stage name of Ursula Lavrenčič, a product and operations leader based in Slovenia. She turns ideas that have no brief yet into working products. She co-founded KOBI, a reading app for children with dyslexia that every primary school in Slovenia can use, and led product and operations at Sivix, a grocery-price app with prices from seven markets. She works beside founders and CEOs: she runs the operating cadence, follows decisions through to done, and builds the tools and reporting herself, using AI coding tools such as Claude Code in her daily work. Before that she ran a design studio and made art-and-technology installations with electrical engineers. Outside work she sings: jazz standards, world music and funk, on stage and in any room.
